Benjamin Hendy
Benjamin Hendy is the Southampton-based author of the new sci-fi children's adventure How To Fill A Black Hole.
Benjamin has been passionate about writing from a young age and went on to study English language, media and theatre at college before completing a degree in scriptwriting for film and television.
His new book is the first in a series of novels for children aged 9-14. The new series The Marianna Voyages is based on the stories that Benjamin used to write as a young boy and are essentially aimed at that child back then. For the cover design for his new book Benjamin teamed up with Eastleigh's multi-award winning creative designer Gary Frost.
For every copy of How To Fill A Black Hole that is sold Milliways Books will donate £1 to Southampton Hospital Charity Children’s Services Funds to help make children’s stays at the hospital that little bit brighter.
